The team enjoys robust fan support, with passionate supporters filling stadiums for both home and away matches.
A new mobile app offers fans a premium experience both on and off the field, keeping them connected with live updates during matches and all the latest club activities, ensuring high levels of engagement.

In today's fast-paced digital age, the primary link between a soccer club and its fans is through a mobile app. Whether it's live updates, accessing the stadium, or checking match statistics on the commute to work, the app serves as the main communication channel.
Until now, fans have had to rely on various platforms to meet their different needs. The key challenge of the project was to create a comprehensive "logistic and emotional home" that addresses all their requirements—receiving news and updates, purchasing tickets, entering the stadium, and more.

Ticketing Process
Fans main pain point was the entire process of purchasing a match ticket, locate the ticket on their email and entering the stadium.

Ticketing & Stadiums access
Based on user interviews conducted at the start of the project, a key pain point identified was the exhausting multi-platform process for purchasing tickets and accessing the stadium. In response, we developed a user-centered, streamlined process that allows users to easily buy tickets, view all their purchases for themselves and their family/friends, and enter matches quickly and effortlessly.at he bought for him and his family/friends and enter every match quickly and easily.


My game plan
The design will prioritize an intuitive, visually captivating interface with smooth navigation, ensuring easy access to key features like match stats, player profiles, and merchandise with minimal clicks. It will heavily incorporate visual content to boost engagement and evoke emotional connections with the club's fans.
