eTeacher is an online learning platform offering interactive, live language courses, primarily focused on both modern and biblical Hebrew. The platform delivers personalized lessons, conducted by experienced instructors via video conferencing for real-time interaction. Currently, the platform comprises three key systems: Admin, TMS, and LMS, all of which require enhancements in scalability, usability, and integration to ensure continued effectiveness, a personalized learning experience, and the ability to support the platform's growth.
The first phase of the project is the Admin system.

Designing an admin system for an online learning platform, which includes features like a course builder, content library, and scheduling system, requires balancing multiple technical, operational, and user-experience challenges. Users must be able to manage a wide range of variables and parameters, and the system should enable them to do so easily and intuitively. Overcoming these challenges calls for thoughtful planning, clear workflows, a deep understanding of the platform's unique requirements, and the flexibility to iterate and enhance the system based on user feedback and evolving technology.

Kajabi
1.
Effective content and course management to handle a high volume of courses and materials.
2.
The integration of AI and automation in admin systems for online learning platforms can revolutionize the administrative process.
3.
Modular and Flexible Design for Scalability. Scalable admin interfaces should leverage responsive and flexible UI components that adapt seamlessly to increased data and new features.
Main Conclusions

Pain Points
(Admin)
1.
Complexity of handling many tasks manually
Lack of integrated tools for communication and collaboration, challenges with data management, and difficulty scaling the system as the school grows.
2.
Scheduling Challenges
Managing conflicts between teacher availability and student demand. This becomes particularly challenging when trying to accommodate numerous courses and instructors with overlapping time slots.
Create a clear and intuitive information architecture, organizing the system into logical sections. The system will be built to handle growing data efficiently, using features like dynamic dashboards, role-based access, and flexible data management tools. The design will prioritize simplicity, with streamlined workflows for tasks.
